This cake was something fun and different. It was for a little girl turning 4 years old and she loves horses. She wanted a girly cake with a horse on it, so that is what she got. I made a yellow cake with a strawberry cream cheese filling and vanilla frosting. The cake was covered in purple fondant. The white fence, horse, flowers, and happy birthday letters were all made from a gumpaste/fondant mixture.
I can't wait to show Lilly this in the morning. She will die. I LOVE IT! It is so perfect. I love the HOrsies hair. You are so freeking good, girl.
